INDUSTRIAL SHED / PLUMBING WORKS INSTALLATION

Concept Plumbing and Drainage was successfully awarded the contract with PPQ Group for this industrial shed project.  The shed build at Stapylton Street, North Lakes was for PPQ Group client Sunshine Mitre 10,

The project comprised a 6500sqm industrial retail project site, with more than 3000sqm under roof.  Commenced construction commenced in March 2022. Challenging, heavier than usual, rainfall was experienced throughout the project requiring flexibility to deliver the project on time.

We worked closely with PPQ Group and the project construction team to enable the project to be finished and handed over to Sunshine Mitre 10 to allow them to open on schedule in November 2022.
