SUMMERLIN MAGNOLIA RESIDENCES - BANYO

RESIDENTIAL LOW RISE / PLUMBING WORKS INSTALLATION 

Following a competitive process with builder PPS, Concept Plumbing and Drainage was awarded this residential low rise project at Banyo.

The project comprised the plumbing and drainage works installation for 27 units. Magnolia Residences were designed by award-winning architectural firm Rothelowmanas.  The boutique complex consists of two-bedroom, two-bathroom or three-bedroom, two-bathroom designs. 

The master planned community at Summerlin comprises a collection of terrace homes and boutique apartments and won the 2021 UDIA QLD award for Small Scale Development Award.
